I do this rarely enough I never remember the syntax to use robocopy like rsync -aP:

robocopy.exe “Source directory in quotes” “Destination directory in quotes” /MIR #NO trailing slashes

Robocopy.exe "D:\Heroes of the Storm" "\\nas\storage\Games\Heroes of the Storm" /MIR
